Be sure to have a wee cuppa in the most westerly cafe on the British mainland, and maybe some cake and ice cream too. Teas, coffee and other drinks are served in the Stables Coffee Shop, a charming restored stable with original cobbled floor and stone walls. As well as housing the coffee shop, the old stables block has a small shop selling locally themed crafts and souvenirs and is also the ticket office for tours up to the top of Ardnamurchan Lighthouse and to the exhibition centre.

Watch out for sea life including orca, basking sharks and even otters from the lookout point below the foghorn whilst you charge yourself up for the return drive home.

Puffin Coffee is situated in The Kilchoan Community Centre in the village of Kilchoan.
