Sgoil na Coille, Salen

Sgoil na Coille, or The Salen Wood School is tucked away in the woods along The Gaelic Alphabet Trail in the atlantic oakwoods in Salen. It is available to hire as a quirky wedding venue though is more regularly used by The Lochaber Countryside Rangers for their community outreach work with children.  The Easter egg hunts are always a family favourite and if you want to learn about whittling wooden spoons this may well be the school for you.  A great place to share a tale or two and catch up with the local pixies.
