West Ardnamurchan Community Garden
The West Ardnamurchan Community garden was established in 2010 as part of an initiative across Scotland to take action on climate change. By growing locally, food miles and the carbon footprint of West Ardnamurchan is reduced. As well as providing fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables to locals and visitors, the garden also encourages others to grow their own and lead a healthier more sustainable lifestyle. Produce is available when in season from the small roadside shop.
The shop is self service and their is an honesty box for payment. Produce is also sold at one of the regular produce markets in Kilchoan.
