Rowan House is located on the southern shore of Ardnamurchan Peninsula in Camus Inas, near Salen. This property affords coastal views over Loch Sunart and has a private garden. There are four bedrooms (two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with zip-link beds), two of which have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate shower room. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and there is also sunroom affording coastal views. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Rowan House is ideally located for exploring the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, with its iconic lighthouse and lovely beaches. There are plenty of walks in the local area, as well as the RSPB Reserve at Glenborrodale. There is also a whisky distillery and the Ardnamurchan Natural History Centre nearby. You can also take the ferry from Kilchoan to Tobermory to explore the lovely island of Mull. The Ardnamurchan peninsula also affords some excellent wildlife spotting opportunities for iconic species such as white-tailed eagle, golden eagle, pine marten and otter. Ardnamurchan Point is also a good place to look for cetaceans during the Summer season.
